Charl joined Info-Tech Research Group in July 2022 and is tasked with expanding ITRG’s Digital Transformation service offering. 

Prior to joining ITRG, Charl was a management consultant and trusted advisor to CEOs, Executive Teams and Boards of Directors with two of the world's preeminent professional services organizations: PwC (1999-2007) and McKinsey & Company (2011-2019), where he held leadership positions in the firm’s North American Transformation practice.

Charl has 20+ years of experience leading transformations across a range of industries (Information Technology, Hospitality, Advanced Industries, High Tech, Entertainment, Travel & Transport, Insurance & Financial Services, Metals & Mining, Electric Power, Renewable Energy, Telecoms, Manufacturing,) working in several countries on 3 continents (North America, EU, Africa), in both the private and public sectors. 

Most recently, Charl held P&L responsibility leading the Product Management function at Sabre Hospitality Solutions, a global leader in SaaS platform travel technology.

Charl holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.
